Besides his passion for all kind of new gadgets & mountain biking, Marc is an enthusiastic business developer and loves to connect people. Nadia Zaboura

Consultant

Nadia has been a consultant for international business development, social innovation, and creative industries since the start of the new decade. She fosters cross-regional value chains in a networked world, develops foresight strategies and studies, and advises media companies. Nadia is a communication scientist, author of “The Empathetic Brain” and deeply embedded within the digital avant-garde, e.g. with the performance art project ZEE and TV format Hyperland.

Jenny Jung

Consultant

Jenny is a consultant for conference programming, relationship management, digital strategy and communication. She has been working with MEDIEN.NRW since September 2010. Jenny is a media scientist, natural network weaver and opportunity seeker who is passionate about digital culture, collaboration, and matchmaking.

Claudia Jericho

Freelance Consultant

Claudia supports the Advance conference with her know-how in setting up conferences. She is also Head of the C’n’B – Creativity & Business Convention, a platform for the creative industries where she aims to bring together business, culture and technology. With a background in economics, she was involved in setting up a market-listed company and then tracked down her passion for and career in the fields of music and the arts. Claudia is familiar with moving in different worlds and she loves to connect brain and money, people and ideas.

Sebastian Lautwein

Administration

Sebastian is a multitalented tech enthusiast who has worked for MEDIEN.NRW since the very beginning. With his broad fields of interest and knowledge he is the back-up for the team and takes care of all the little things which are crucial to turning our vision into reality. He studied economics and sociology, completing his thesis on entrepreneurship in the creative industries.

Thierhoff Consulting

 

Prof. Dr. Kai Thierhoff

Founder and owner

Kai is the founder and owner of Thierhoff Consulting, which specializes in digital media. He studied business administration at the University of Cologne and received a doctorate in entrepreneurial studies from the prestigious European Business School ebs in Oestrich-Winkel. He started working in strategy consulting at companies such as the Boston Consulting Group and Matrix GmbH, and has founded and co-founded several companies. He has more than 20 years’ experience in media, tourism, and the IT industry. More recently, Kai has also been appointed professor at RFH University in Cologne, teaching entrepreneurship in business administration and media management.

Ramona Dücker

Consultant

Ramona studied at RFH University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, with a major in  business administration and specialization in management, as well as in Newcastle, Australia. She graduated with the academic degree of Diplom-Kauffrau.  As a business consultant, she has been working for Thierhoff Consulting since February 2008.  In close cooperation with our clients, she develops business plans, financial plans, and presentations for investors.  As a person, Ramona is open-minded and enthusiastic about innovative business models and founders who have a passion for their visions.

Dimitar Morfov

Trainee

Dimitar grew up in Bulgaria and came to Germany in 2007. Based on a performance scholarship, he studied business law at the University of Applied Sciences, Cologne, where he graduated as a Bachelor of Laws in August 2010.  Since December 2010, Dimitar has been doing a traineeship at Thierhoff Consulting. He supports the team in all client projects and in all organizational tasks for the Advance Conference.
