Advance Conference – International Web and StartUp Conference in Cologne - September 19 & 20, 2011, Cologne (Germany)

After the awesome first edition of our conference-baby ADVANCE, we decided to have spin-off events throughout the year to keep the dialogue with our European community going and learn more about the challenges that founders face in Germany.

So here we go: We are excited to announce the first stand-alone ADVANCE Founderleaks session on Feb 28, 6 pm at betahaus Cologne.

 

Aside from the obligatory networking, food and drinks we will have some extremely promising guests that will talk about their daily lifes as entrepreneurs and answer questions from other founders and founders-to-be. As a special treat Marc Ziegler, our CEO, will kick-off the evening with a brief summary of our latest US VC deal flow analysis of 2011.

And these are our featured founders for the night:

Oliver Thylmann
co-founded online ad platform Ormigo in 2005 (sold to a leading yellow pages company) and it’s sister company adcloud (sold to Deutsche Post DHL in 2011). Oliver is an expert in the realms of online advertising and has married his love for tech with his interest in business.

 

Isaac Wolkerstorfer
is the bacon-loving CTO of 6Wunderkinder. He recently lost some sleep over the highly anticipated launch of online collaboration/social platform hybrid Wunderkit. Before joining the Berlin-based startup, Isaac cofounded a social sharing platform and worked as Front-end Technical Lead at Yahoo!.

After the session there will be free food and drinks for all attendees. The entry is free too, but you need to register on www.advance-conference.com/tickets bindingly, so everyone has a fair chance to take part. The number of participants is limited to 80 so chop-chop!
