Franz Glatz holds a Dr. degree in chemistry and is since January 2006 managing director of b-neun Media & Technology Center in Unterföhring. A center for media and communication-start-ups supported by the big players in the media branch in Unterföhring nearby Munich and the Federal State of Bavaria. He also runs the gate Garching, leading incubator for software-start-ups next to the Technical University of Munich. Previous to his current position he was lecturer for economic and industrial management at the Technical University Munich and senior consultant in the investment banking branch at the Bayern LB. At present he holds a lectureship in innovation management at Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship at the Munich University of Applied Sciences.
