Sarik Weber is a co-founder and Managing Director of Hanse Ventures, an in Hamburg, Germany based incubator. Before founding Hanse Ventures he helped startups with his keen passion for networking and entrepreneurship. As a business angel he followed the rule to only invest with smart money. His whole life is dedicated to entrepreneurship and building great companies. After finishing his Master in business administration at the European Business School in Osnabrueck (Germany), at the Universidad de Deusto, San Sebastián (Spain) and at the Buckinghamshire College of Higher Education in London (UK) Sarik Weber established a new Spanish specialized trade sales company for the Hettich Group and turned them into the market leader. As the Vice President of Sales he was responsible for the worldwide sales operations of openBC, now the XING Corporation, and was involved in the successful IPO of the company. His last startup before founding Hanse Ventures was the Cellity Corporation which was successfully sold to Nokia in 2009.
